Ethical, Impartial, Professional
I have been commissioned by the Colorado Secretary of State to screen signers of documents for their true identity, willingness to sign without duress or intimidation, and awareness of document contents. I will travel to your Cañon City area home or office.

Over 14 Years Notary Experience
I was first commissioned in 1999, serving off and on independently and for past employers. I have notarized documents pertaining to divorce, wills, powers of attorney, probate, and other legal transactions. I received special training in February, 2021 to become a Certified Notary Signing Agent so that I may handle loan document signings.
"We would like to thank you. Your help as a traveling notary has been a life saver for us. My difficulty in getting out was solved when you could stop by and notarize my paperwork. Your coming to me was a rescue. Thank you." Dorleen V.
PLEASE NOTE: I am not an attorney licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado, and I may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. Notaries are public officials appointed by the governments of the 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia and the five U.S. territories to serve their citizens as trusted, impartial witnesses to document signings. Notarization is the official fraud-deterrent process that assures the parties of a transaction that a document is authentic, and can be trusted.
